Our group practice's main focus is on cardiology, and we are specialised in both the diagnostics and therapy of heart diseases in all their complexity, as well as in their prevention (i.e., atherosclerosis or plaque screening). Since 2004 our patients benefit from a new, non-invasive method referred to as cardiac magnetic resonance imaging (MRI). The examinations are performed at the Heart MR Center in the Nuerbanum. In our practice in the Sebalder Höfen, cardiological and angiological non-invasive examinations are carried out by Dr. Röther in the rooms at the Stegerklinik. Cardiac catheter examinations (balloon enlargement, stent implantations) and pacemaker implantations are performed. Check-up and follow-up exams are still provided in this practice. You can register your patients directly under the phone number 0911-46 81 15. In our practice we also offer a new method: ergospirometry. This is ideal for all patients requiring dyspnoea clarification.

We also serve patients with heart failure and/or active athletes, also as an IGEL service, providing printouts of training programmes also. Furthermore, we offer the full spectrum of cardiological and angiological diagnostics. In addition to standard cardiological procedures such as heart catheterisation, CT and MRI, we offer 3D echocardiography and a variety of angiological services. Thus patients with heart or angiological problems can continue to be treated in our main practice (Koenigstrasse 39) by our certified specialists Dr Balke .
